Floor leveling is not just for basements. We can level almost any floor using a new product called Agilia. It is a self-consolidating concrete that is easily placed and significantly reduces construction time and cost, eliminating the need for hand troweling. This reduces labor cost significantly. This product is suitable for all types of commercial, residential, and institutional applications. It can be placed from feather edge to over 8 inches thick. For toppings more than 2” we add aggregate for strength. This flooring system allows you to install a level subfloor, carpet, tile, vinyl plank, laminate or any other type of flooring.

Trying to tile or install flooring but the wood subfloor has a big dip in it? The experts at Honestly Handy can help you out! We use a bagged self-leveling cement product which is perfect for leveling wood floors. This product also works well on concrete floors that are out of level less than 1.5 inches.
